Joshua Fennell

Joshua D. Fennell is a California lemon law attorney focusing on consumer litigation against automobile manufacturers. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland–College Park and his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. During law school, he gained experience with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Maryland Intellectual Property Legal Resource Center, and the office of Maryland State Delegate Erek L. Barron.

Before joining the Lemon Law Experts, Mr. Fennell practiced family law, personal injury defense, and lemon law. He is committed to strong advocacy for his clients and works to secure the best possible outcome in each case. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing and exercising.
