Joshua Goldberg

Joshua Goldberg is a Toronto personal injury and disability lawyer and the founding principal of Joshua Goldberg Law, a boutique firm serving injury victims and denied disability claimants across Ontario. Called to the bar in 2011, he has spent his entire career on the plaintiff side — first at one of Ontario's largest personal injury firms, and since then at the practice he built to handle cases his own way.

He took an unusually wide route to get there. Born and raised in Montreal, Joshua studied at Concordia University and Dawson College before law school at the University of Ottawa and the University of Toronto. He also spent a semester at Peking University studying the Chinese legal system, following several years living in China where he learned to speak Mandarin. He studied at National Taiwan Normal University and Hunan University as well. He has lived in Toronto since 2009 and is licensed in both Ontario and British Columbia.
