Joshua I. Fisher

Joshua Fisher is a criminal law attorney for Gallagher and Kennedy and has tried over two hundred cases before juries in state, federal, and military courts. These included DUI and vehicular crimes, complex felonies and fraud, homicide and second-degree murder, theft, white-collar crimes, sex crimes, and other criminal defense matters. After working for over 15 years as a government prosecutor, Joshua moved into private practice as a criminal defense attorney. This is where he applied his significant trial experience and aptitude for creative and strategic casework to defending persons accused of a crime. Before joining G&K, Joshua worked for the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office for seven years. He led the drug interdiction unit (narcotics trafficking) for four years, serving as a liaison between deputies and the County as a “proactive prosecution.” Joshua then moved into the general trial unit for another four years, handling complex felony offenses, including dangerous crimes against children, homicides, aggravated assaults, adult sex assaults, and white collar.
