Joshua M. Feagans

Josh is a seasoned trial attorney and leader of the firm’s litigation practice, focusing exclusively on complex and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. His practice includes car and trucking accidents, premises liability, workplace and construction accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, Josh has handled thousands of cases nationwide in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings. He also spent more than a decade serving as litigation and outside general counsel for regional and national companies, giving him valuable insight into corporate strategy and dispute resolution. In 2024, Josh dedicated his entire practice to advocating for injury victims and their families.

Josh earned his B.A. in History from Western Illinois University and graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago John Marshall Law School. Before co-founding Feagans Law Group with his wife, Katie, he served as partner and lead business litigation counsel at Griffin Williams, helping expand the firm’s regional and national reach. Josh has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2022, a Leading Lawyer since 2017, and a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Attorney since 2024, among numerous other professional honors. He is also active in the legal and local community, serving as Chairman of the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as a past president of the Kane County Bar Association.
