Meet Kashif Haque
Kashif Haque is a seasoned plaintiffs' attorney with a record of exceptional results, having obtained over one billion dollars on behalf of clients through trial, arbitration, and settlement. He has been named class counsel in more than 100 class action cases and played a pivotal role in securing the largest sexual abuse and personal injury settlement ever reached against an educational institution.
Haque has been recognized among the Best Lawyers by U.S. News & World Report, named a Top 50 lawyer in Orange County by Super Lawyers, and selected as a Top 5 employment lawyer by the OC Register. He has been named a Super Lawyer by Los Angeles and Orange Coast Magazines every year from 2009 to 2021 and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
He earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, where he served on the Law Review and Moot Court, and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri. Mr. Haque is admitted to practice in California state courts, all four federal districts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
