Meet Keith A. Davidson
Keith A. Davidson is the Managing Partner of Albertson & Davidson, LLP and a highly experienced California trust and estate litigation attorney. For more than 25 years, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to resolving complex trust, will, and inheritance disputes. Keith has represented clients in hundreds of cases involving trust contests, trustee misconduct, accounting disputes, omitted heirs, and beneficiary rights.
A graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class, Keith also served for six years as an adjunct professor at Chapman Law School, teaching trusts and wills. Alongside his longtime law partner, Stewart Albertson, he has helped secure more than $355 million in verdicts and settlements for clients.
In addition to his litigation practice, Keith is a respected educator who has authored hundreds of articles and produced numerous videos on trust and estate litigation. He is known for his strategic advocacy, practical guidance, and client-focused approach.
