Leland E. Garvin

Leland Eric Garvin is a Florida native and second-generation trial attorney who began his career as a State Prosecutor, gaining extensive jury trial experience before turning his focus to personal injury and wrongful death litigation. After leaving the State Attorney's office, he joined forces with his father Jeff to establish Garvin Injury Law in Fort Myers. Leland's achievements have earned him consistent recognition, including selection as a Florida Super Lawyers Top Young Lawyer every year since 2010, an honor reserved for just 2.5% of attorneys statewide, and recognition by the National Trial Lawyers Association as one of Florida's Top 40 Under 40 in 2012. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Colorado Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and is actively involved in the legal community as a founding member and Vice President of the Southwest Florida Trial Lawyers Association.
