Meet Mark Caruso
Mark Caruso is the Founder and Senior Attorney of Caruso Law Offices, where he represents victims of car, truck, and commercial vehicle accidents. Originally from Los Angeles, he earned both his undergraduate degree and law degree, with honors, from Pepperdine University. Mark began his career representing insurance companies but chose to switch sides to help people who were injured. In 1985, he moved to New Mexico and later started Caruso Law Offices with his wife, Judy. Today, the firm is family-run, with their children also working at the practice.
He is licensed in New Mexico, California, and Arizona and is known for handling serious truck accident cases. Mark has secured multiple multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts, including cases reaching up to $12 million.
Mark also served in the New Mexico Legislature from 1991 to 1995 and is a member of several trial lawyer associations, including the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. He is often consulted by other attorneys and has been featured in local and national media.
