Meet Mark Joye
Mark is a trial lawyer at the Joye Law Firm. Following in the footsteps of his father, firm founder Reese Joye, Mark Joye is now head of the litigation department and represents those who have been injured by defective products, in car crashes, and in tractor-trailer collisions.
Mark earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and joined the South Carolina Bar in 1989. He is board-certified as a trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a past president of the South Carolina Association for Justice, the Charleston chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Charleston County Bar Association. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice.
