Meet Mark S. Roman
Mark S. Roman is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with decades of experience representing individuals and families throughout Florida. Since beginning his legal career in 1986, he has focused on personal injury and wrongful death cases, helping people pursue justice after suffering injuries caused by negligence.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida in 1981 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1986. He began practicing at Roman & Roman, P.A., a Clearwater general-practice law firm where he worked alongside his siblings and became a partner. During his 10 years with the firm, Mark developed valuable trial experience while dedicating his practice to representing injured individuals.
In 1996, Mark and his wife, Carol-Lynn Roman, founded Roman Austin Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers. What started as a two-person practice has grown into a team of more than 25 professionals serving injured people and their families throughout Florida. The firm has remained committed to putting clients first, advocating for injured individuals, and helping families rebuild their lives after serious accidents.
