Matthew C. Hines is the founder and managing attorney of Hines Law, established in 2004 to provide dedicated legal representation to individuals and families throughout Georgia. With more than two decades of experience, he represents clients in personal injury, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, and DUI-related matters. Matthew is known for his personalized approach, thorough preparation, and commitment to protecting his clients’ rights and interests.

His experience includes handling complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes, including a successful wrongful arrest case. He earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Beyond his legal practice, Matthew and his family support community initiatives focused on drug rehabilitation, human rights, and education. He continues to lead Hines Law with integrity, compassion, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.
