Meet Melody M. Fox
Melody M. Fox is a dedicated personal injury attorney with a lifelong commitment to advocating for those harmed by others’ negligence. Throughout her career, she has secured millions in compensation for her clients.
Her passion for justice began early, leading her to earn a Political Science degree with an International Relations focus from the University of Washington in Seattle. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she honed her skills on the Negotiations Team and received the 2012 Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears Pro Bono Award for her extensive pro bono work, assisting domestic violence victims with Temporary Protective Orders in Fulton County, Georgia.
Melody gained significant trial experience as a lead trial lawyer at a prominent metro-Atlanta criminal defense firm, defending the rights of indigent clients. Her tenacity in fighting for justice, regardless of the challenges, defines her practice.
After working at one of Georgia’s largest personal injury firms, Melody transitioned to a smaller firm to provide a personalized, “boutique” experience, tailoring her approach to each client’s needs. Her unwavering focus remains on representing her clients’ best interests. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
Melody resides in Decatur with her husband and law partner, Chris, and their two young children. Outside of her work at Fox Injury Law, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
