Michael Burger

Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in business law and commercial litigation to NC Planning’s Business Planning and Corporate Law practices. He advises businesses on complex commercial disputes, sophisticated business transactions, and strategic legal planning, helping clients navigate challenges and position their businesses for long-term success.

Michael takes a comprehensive, client-focused approach to legal representation, emphasizing open communication, proactive planning, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals. Known for his attention to detail, analytical approach, and responsiveness, he works closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies. While experienced in complex and high-stakes litigation, Michael believes that thoughtful planning and early dispute resolution often provide the best outcomes for his clients.

Outside of his practice, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he is a lifelong Steelers and Penguins fan who continues to hold out hope for the Pirates. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing acoustic guitar, watching Star Wars with his kids, attending concerts, and playing Texas Hold’em poker.
