Mark J. Miller is a seasoned Florida attorney and co-founder of Miller & Jacobs, bringing decades of courtroom and litigation experience to his practice. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale. A member of the Florida Bar since 1995, Mark began his legal career serving as an Assistant State Attorney, where he gained valuable prosecutorial experience handling complex criminal matters.

He later spent two years working in insurance defense, giving him in-depth insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims. This balanced background allows Mark to effectively advocate for his clients from a strategic and informed position. Over the course of his career, he has tried more than 70 jury trials to verdict, demonstrating a strong command of trial advocacy and litigation strategy.
