Michael Saile

Michael L. Saile, Jr. is a Managing Partner at Injury Pros, where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law, he has spent over two decades handling serious and catastrophic injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death claims. He co-founded Saile & Saile LLP with his father before eventually joining Injury Pros. He also played a role in developing Philadelphia's Bouncer Safety Law, raising safety standards for bars and licensed establishments.

Mike holds an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell® and has been recognized by Super Lawyers through 2026. He is a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 member, with additional Top 10 and Top 25 honors in Trucking Law and Traumatic Brain Injuries, and is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel's Top One Percent.
