Meet Omeed Hakimianpour
Omeed Hakimianpour is a co-founder of The Injury Partners, LLP, a Beverly Hills personal injury firm where he pairs big-firm legal training with a hands-on, client-first style. His practice is devoted entirely to personal injury law, and his stated mission is to deliver high-caliber representation built on compassion, close attention, and results.
A product of two of California's most respected universities, Omeed earned his undergraduate degree at UCLA before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California's Gould School of Law. That academic foundation set the stage for a career that began far from the courtroom of a plaintiff's firm.
Before launching The Injury Partners, Omeed practiced at Kirkland & Ellis, one of the largest and most prominent law firms in the world, where he structured and negotiated private equity transactions worth millions and even billions of dollars. Operating in that high-stakes environment sharpened his skills in contract drafting, strategic negotiation, and working with sophisticated clients and institutional investors. He now channels that same precision and intensity against the corporations and insurance companies on the other side of his clients' injury claims.
The son of immigrants, Omeed credits that upbringing for his work ethic and his habit of treating every client like family. He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2025 and 2026, a recognition reserved for roughly the top 2.5% of attorneys in California, and he is known for guiding clients through the legal process with a blend of strength, skill, and genuine empathy.
