Paul Goyette is a seasoned attorney and entrepreneur who has spent more than three decades building and leading innovative legal and business ventures. He began his legal career in 1988 and quickly established a reputation for strategic thinking, business-minded legal counsel, and results-driven advocacy.

In 1992, Paul founded Goyette, Ruano + Ulmer, Inc., with a vision to modernize the practice of law and deliver high-impact outcomes for clients. Today, he leads the firm’s growth and strategic direction, overseeing client development, marketing initiatives, and multidisciplinary legal teams focused on complex litigation and business representation.

As Chief Legal Counsel, Paul serves more than 100 public and private organizations, helping clients navigate regulatory challenges, operational risk, and high-stakes legal matters. His approach blends legal experience with entrepreneurial strategy, allowing clients to make informed decisions that support long-term growth and stability.

Paul is also the founder and president of Asset Transaction and Governance Law Group (ATG Law), a DBA of Lannister LC. ATG Law focuses on national and international transactions, providing legal counsel on corporate structuring, cross-border deals, tax strategy, and related transactional services, including paymaster and governance support.

Beyond his legal practice, Paul has founded and helped lead multiple companies, including RNGuardian, EMSGuardian, G Ventures, LLC, Sonrn21, Mother DAO Labs, and Primal Quest Inc. In these roles, he serves as owner, legal counsel, board member, and strategic advisor, contributing to business development, governance, and long-term planning across industries.

Paul also maintains an active trial practice. He has taken more than 50 cases to jury verdict in both state and federal courts, demonstrating extensive courtroom experience and a strong record of litigation success. His background in trial advocacy, arbitration, and complex dispute resolution makes him a trusted advocate in high-exposure matters.
