Meet Philip Grossman
Philip Grossman has practiced law for more than 35 years and currently serves as a senior partner at the Louisville law firm of Grossman Green PLLC. His passion is representing clients in personal injury cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries. He most often works with victims and families affected by brain injuries, paralysis, fractures, spinal injuries, and wrongful death.
Recognition and Success
Philip has earned numerous professional distinctions over the course of his career. He has been named a Top Attorney in Kentucky by Kentucky Magazine and recognized as a Top Lawyer by Louisville Magazine. Since 2007, he has been selected annually for inclusion in Kentucky Super Lawyers, and he holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. Philip is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor reflecting his success in securing numerous million-dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements on behalf of his clients.
Community and Law-Related Involvement
Philip has long been active in the legal community. In 2018, he served as President of the Kentucky Justice Association (KJA), the leading organization representing Kentucky's plaintiff's trial lawyers and dedicated to improving the quality of legal representation for injury victims and their families across the state. Earlier in his career, in 1996, he served as President of the Louisville Bar Association, the largest voluntary bar association for attorneys in Louisville and Jefferson County, Kentucky. He is also the founder and master of the Louis D. Brandeis American Inn of Court, and he frequently speaks at seminars on medical negligence, spine and brain injury, auto and truck accident cases, and trial practice.
