As a co-founder of The Friedmann Firm, Friedmann has helped establish one of Ohio’s leading employee-side employment law firms. Her practice focuses exclusively on representing employees in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace issues. Through disciplined advocacy and a client-centered approach, she has earned a reputation for helping individuals move forward with confidence during some of the most stressful and uncertain moments of their careers.

A Foundation Built on Discipline
Growing up outside Cleveland, Friedmann spent much of her childhood playing competitive sports. The experience instilled a strong sense of discipline, perseverance, and work ethic—qualities she credits with shaping her approach throughout college, law school, and her legal career.

She has often reflected on the encouragement she received from her parents, who taught her that hard work and persistence create opportunities over time. Those lessons became the foundation for a career defined by careful preparation, determination, and a willingness to invest fully in every client she represents.

While attending Capital University Law School, Friedmann met her future husband and law partner, Pete Friedmann. Together, they discovered an early passion for employment law and made the intentional decision to dedicate their careers to representing employees. Rather than treating employment law as one of many practice areas, they built an entire firm around that commitment.
