Ian Kuehm

Robert I. Kuehm is a Board Certified family law attorney and the founder of Kuehm Family Law, serving clients across Greater Houston. Licensed in Texas since 2007 and Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2019 — a credential held by fewer than 1% of Texas attorneys — he has practiced in every family court in Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, and Galveston counties. His practice covers contested and uncontested divorce, high-asset property division, child custody trials, modifications, enforcements, paternity, adoptions, terminations of parental rights, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
