Meet Robert Jeffries
Robert Jeffries is an attorney whose practice focuses on Lemon Law and breach of warranty claims. He has represented thousands of consumers in cases against every major vehicle manufacturer, involving most common makes and models on the road, and has tried numerous cases before trial courts and argued dispositive motions on many occasions. Before entering consumer law, Jeffries served as a prosecutor in New York and Ohio, handling thousands of cases ranging from traffic offenses to robbery, burglary, arson, and homicide. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and numerous federal courts, and holds memberships in the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the National Consumer Law Center, and the International Association of Lemon Law Lawyers, among other professional organizations.
Jeffries earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton, where he received multiple academic honors including the Pro Bono Public Interest Award and the CALI Excellence Award. He also holds a Master's in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Ithaca College. His record of public service includes 17 years as a volunteer firefighter/EMT in New York, service on a Fire/Arson Investigation Team, certification as a Gang Specialist, and years on his city's Board of Building and Zoning Appeals. He is active in his church community and spends his free time outdoors with his wife and children.
