Robert Sears

Robert 'Rob' Sears is the founding attorney at Sears Injury Law, a leading personal injury law firm serving clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. He began working in personal injury law at age 22, giving him decades of hands-on experience across every stage of the claims process. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sears worked as an independent contractor paralegal and negotiator, helping injury victims access medical care and secure financial recovery. He went on to assist in the resolution of some of the largest cases handled by well-known firms in the state.

Under his leadership, the firm has closed more than 20,000 cases and recovered over $100 million annually on behalf of injury victims, more than any other personal injury firm in PNW history. Sears and his team have built a reputation for connecting clients with top local medical providers to support both their legal and physical recovery.

Sears has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2022 to the present, a distinction awarded to the top 2.5% of lawyers in the state.
