Roberto Hernandez

Attorney Roberto proudly handles Utah personal injury, car accident, and other negligence cases. After getting his bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Utah, he joined an insurance defense firm in Orange County. There, he learned about policies, liability, defense, damages, and disputes. He also handled multi-million-dollar lawsuits.

In 2011, he returned to Utah to practice criminal defense at a downtown Salt Lake City law firm. Later, in 2014, he shifted his focus to personal injury cases, including dog bites and pedestrian accidents.
