Meet Roger G. Jain
Roger G. Jain is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 30 years of courtroom experience representing individuals and small businesses in complex civil, criminal, and commercial matters. From the outset of his legal career, Mr. Jain has been driven by a deep interest in trial advocacy and the human stories at the core of every dispute—stories that, when effectively presented, lead juries to just and decisive outcomes.
Mr. Jain earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 1993 and immediately began his career as a prosecutor with the Montgomery County Attorney’s Office, where he was placed in the courtroom early and often. There, he rapidly honed his trial skills through hands-on litigation experience and confirmed that trial work was his true calling.
In 1996, Mr. Jain founded his own law firm, building a litigation-focused practice handling a broad spectrum of matters, including personal injury and wrongful death, business and contract disputes, construction litigation, landlord–tenant and property disputes, consumer law, employment matters, criminal defense, family law, and probate and estate matters.
Over three decades, Mr. Jain and his team have secured jury verdicts and settlements ranging from thousands of dollars to multi-million-dollar recoveries. Recent successes include a multi-million-dollar jury verdict in a construction defect dispute, a favorable mid-trial settlement in a business fraud case, and a defense verdict with full recovery of attorney’s fees in a landlord–tenant jury trial.
