Meet Ryan Banafshe
Ryan Bana founded BANA LAW, PC in 2003 with a simple mission: provide exceptional legal representation while treating every client with the care, attention, and respect they deserve. Since then, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to helping injury victims throughout California recover the compensation they need to rebuild their lives.
After gaining experience in multiple areas of law early in his career, Ryan discovered his passion for personal injury law when he represented his first injured client. That experience shaped the direction of his practice, and for more than two decades he has fought tirelessly to hold negligent individuals, businesses, and insurance companies accountable. His commitment to client advocacy has helped recover millions of dollars in compensation for injured Californians.
Ryan represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall injuries, and other serious negligence claims. Known for his strategic negotiation skills and willingness to take on challenging cases, he has earned a reputation for securing favorable outcomes in matters that other firms have declined.
Clients appreciate Ryan's hands-on approach. He personally reviews every case and believes that successful representation begins with understanding each client's unique circumstances. From the first consultation through the resolution of a case, Ryan and his team focus not only on maximizing financial recovery but also on helping clients obtain the medical care and support they need during a difficult time.
Ryan earned his Juris Doctor in 2002 and remains active in the legal community through several professional organizations, including the California State Bar, the California Lawyers Association Litigation Section, the Consumer Attorneys Association of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Ethical Lawyers of America.
Outside the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is an avid sports fan, supports charitable causes throughout the community, and believes that family, integrity, and service are the foundation of both his personal life and his legal practice.
