Spencer R. Munns

Spencer Munns is the owner and managing partner of Bogin, Munns & Munns, a full-service law firm based in Orlando that serves clients across Central Florida. He leads the firm’s overall direction and works closely with attorneys in personal injury, business law, real estate, family law, and estate planning.

Spencer began his career with a focus on commercial real estate and transactional law. Today, he oversees all practice areas and has played a key role in growing the firm’s personal injury team in Orlando. His approach centers on helping clients move forward with clear guidance and strong representation.

After graduating from Brigham Young University, Spencer worked at Merrill Lynch in Los Angeles. During that time, he saw how important legal counsel is in complex financial and business matters. That experience led him to pursue a legal career built on practical advice and real-world results.

Before joining the firm, Spencer worked with an in-house legal team at a private investment company in San Francisco and later clerked for a regional law firm in the Bay Area. These experiences shaped the way he approaches legal issues today, focusing on solutions that make sense for each client’s situation.

At Bogin, Munns & Munns, Spencer is focused on delivering consistent results for clients throughout Orlando and Central Florida. He remains closely involved in the firm’s personal injury cases, helping guide strategy in matters involving car accidents, slip and falls, and other serious injuries.

Clients and colleagues know Spencer for being dependable and easy to work with. He takes pride in making sure each client receives attentive service and access to the right legal resources within the firm.

Outside of work, Spencer stays active in the Orlando community. He and his wife have four children and support efforts that raise awareness for families affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. The firm also contributes through community involvement and a yearly scholarship.

He also shares his interest in sports through his “Spencer’s Picks” posts, where he talks about major games and events. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family, and following college football.
