Meet Stuart L. Goldenberg
Stuart L. Goldenberg is the senior partner and president of Goldenberg Lauricella, PLLC, with more than 40 years of experience handling personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and mass tort cases. He has secured million- and multimillion-dollar results for clients in serious injury and wrongful death claims, including major cases involving dangerous drugs and defective medical devices.
He is board-certified as a State and National Senior Civil Trial Specialist and has served in leadership roles in major national litigation involving Medtronic Infuse Bone Graft, Benicar, Bard IVC Filters, and other complex cases. Stuart is also dedicated to giving back through pro bono work and community service, including helping victims of the I-35W bridge collapse and the 9/11 attacks.
