Stuart Taylor

Stuart Taylor is an experienced Las Vegas probate attorney who regularly represents trustees, personal representatives, and administrators in probate and trust matters before the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court. He has extensive experience prosecuting and defending will and trust contests, as well as litigating complex issues involving undue influence, competency, and breach of fiduciary duty. Recognized for his work, Stuart was named to Mountain State Super Lawyers from 2022–2025 and was selected by his peers as one of Clark County’s top probate attorneys in Vegas Inc’s Top Lawyers. He earned his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he received a three-year academic scholarship, served as Lead Editor of the BYU Education & Law Journal, and competed on the Trial Advocacy team.
