Meet Thomas Rogers
Thomas Rogers, a partner of Wites & Rogers, brings years of experience working at a statewide insurance defense firm to the benefit of his clients. His background gives him firsthand knowledge of how the corporations and insurance companies evaluate cases. Now, he has put that knowledge to use for his clients.
Today, Tom represents homeowners and commercial property owners in insurance claims. In addition, Tom brings his defense knowledge to the benefit of plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death claims as well as construction defect litigation.
A triple alumnus of the University of Florida, Tom earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting before graduating from the university’s law school in 2006.
He is an active member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Justice Association.
Outside the office, Tom enjoys fishing, diving, and boating in South Florida. He gives back by participating in the Intracoastal Waterway Cleanup every year and drafted a general management plan for the Everglades National Park to help the National Parks Service protect the park’s natural resources for future generations.
