A Former Police Officer

Before he became an attorney to help people charged under criminal law, Travis Noble enforced the law. For five years, he served the public as a police officer, then worked five more years as a narcotics agent. His law enforcement background gives Mr. Noble special insight into how Missouri’s police officers and sheriff’s deputies do their jobs. This knowledge of how law enforcement really operates on the streets, combined with his decades of legal experience, informs how he investigates and strategizes every DWI case he takes.

Sample Case Results

A few examples from Mr. Noble’s hundreds of notable trial results:

• Following a three-day trial, the client found not guilty of a 7th DWI offense after being accused of rear-ending a car at a red light, declining a breath test, and failing field sobriety tests.
• The client was arrested on DWI charges for the 12th time. The arresting officer claimed they observed him driving through a front yard and that he was unable to stand up during the traffic stop. He allegedly blew a .234 BAC at the scene. Mr. Noble won a dismissal from the judge for lack of evidence after demonstrating that the arresting officer improperly administered the breath test and failed to order the client to perform necessary field sobriety tests.
• A client was charged with DWI manslaughter after a car accident in which the client’s passenger was killed, and the client’s BAC was allegedly measured at .18. Mr. Noble got the DWI manslaughter charge dismissed.
• An NFL player was arrested for DWI and had his driver’s license revoked after declining to take a breath test during the traffic stop. Following trial, the charge was dismissed and his driving privileges restored.

Mr. Noble believes everyone is entitled to a defense, no matter who they are or what they are charged with. As the founder of Travis Noble, P.C., he leads a team of eight attorneys committed to the same goal.
