Zachary B. Tenry

Zachary B. Tenry joined Hotz and Associates, P.C. in 2018 to lead the firm’s litigation department. A Tennessee native, Zach was raised in Knoxville and earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Tennessee.

Before joining the firm, Zach began his legal career at a respected Knoxville insurance defense firm. He later founded his own practice, where he dedicated his work to representing individuals injured in accidents.

Over the course of his career, Zach has served as a trial attorney throughout Tennessee, handling cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction disputes, product liability, consumer protection, and contract matters. He has also represented national, state, and local insurance companies, along with their insureds, in litigation, coverage disputes, and loss prevention matters.

In addition, Zach has represented real estate brokers, appraisers, and auctioneers in courts across Tennessee and before professional responsibility boards.

Zach is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Knoxville Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all Tennessee state and federal courts and has also been admitted to represent clients in matters outside Tennessee.
