Alex Derval

Alex received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2017 and began his career working at some of Los Angeles’ larger law firms. However, it wasn’t until 2019, when he started practicing employment law, that he truly found his calling. Recognizing the need for a more personal approach to representing clients facing workplace issues, Alex decided to leverage his skills and experience by founding RD Law Group in 2022. 

Alongside Daniel & Natasha, Alex established RD Law Group with the mission of helping California employees navigate their legal challenges with compassion, dedication, and determination.
