Brandon Fulgham

Since founding his firm in 2009, Tarrant County criminal defense lawyer Brandon Fulgham has had countless charges dismissed, dropped, or reduced. He has also been able to secure a positive verdict time and again when a case goes to trial.

He earned his undergraduate degree at TCU before earning his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, which is consistently ranked in the top 10 schools for teaching trial advocacy skills. 
 
He interned at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and the First Court of Appeals in Houston while attending law school. After passing the bar exam, he began working full-time for the District Attorney’s Office in Collin County and then the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office in Fort Worth.  
He has spent his entire career immersed in the Texas criminal justice system. He has worked with the judges, the clerks, and the local law enforcement officers, and he has been able to build relationships with the right people. 
 
When Brandon was a prosecutor for the DA’s Offices, he worked as a misdemeanor, felony, and grand jury prosecutor. He spent his days devising strategies to put alleged criminal offenders behind bars. Over five years, he presented hundreds of cases in front of grand juries and judges. 
 
This experience gives Brandon firsthand knowledge of how prosecutors think and their strategies to build cases against the accused. He uses this knowledge in every case to anticipate the prosecutor’s actions and plan against them – prepared to poke holes in their arguments and raise doubts which increases the chances of securing a positive outcome. 
 
Brandon has earned numerous awards and honors from his peers and clients. He has been named a Top Trial Lawyer in criminal defense by the National Trial Lawyers Association and has been on the list of top Fort Worth attorneys by Fort Worth Magazine.
