Justin Blow

Justin W. Blow is the owner of Colorado Estate Matters, a firm he started in early 2022 after stepping away from his previous practice, Phillips & Blow, PC. He wanted to build a law firm that puts people first, where integrity, fairness, and real human connection matter more than anything else.

Before shifting his focus to Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, and Guardianship/Conservatorship, Justin spent years in criminal defense and probate litigation. He’s been in the courtroom handling everything from misdemeanors to murder cases, and he’s also fought hard for families dealing with Will and Trust disputes.

Before he was an attorney, Justin worked as an investigator in Fraud Prevention, Criminal Defense, and Death Penalty Mitigation. He learned how to track down evidence, uncover the truth, and find details others missed.

Justin earned his law degree from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and has a Philosophy and Psychology degree from Florida State University. He’s licensed in Colorado and Florida, plus the U.S. District Courts for Colorado and the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.

Outside of work, Justin is all about adventure and family. He loves sailing, hiking, off-roading, camping, and floating down rivers all over the U.S. But at the end of the day, his favorite thing is spending time with his son and making the most of every moment.
