Oleg Sokolov

Oleg Sokolov is a founder and managing partner at RS Law Group.  Before founding RS Law Group, Oleg was the principal of Sokolov Law, P.C., a Philadelphia based law firm that concentrated on real estate and foreign direct investment, helping local and international investors grow and protect their business.  Prior to entering the legal field, Oleg worked for numerous financial institutions, where his primary focus was real estate investment and development.

Oleg was also the founder of a real estate advisory firm that was acquired in 2011.  Currently, Oleg focuses his practice on foreign direct investment, real estate and commercial litigation, with a heavy concentration in EB-5, commercial transactions, land use and zoning, and construction related litigation.  

Oleg was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and spent the early part of his life in Moscow, Russia prior to moving to Philadelphia.  He is Fluent in Russian and Spanish.  Oleg attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.  He is admitted to the Pennsylvania bar and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
