Richard Schwartz

Richard A. Schwartz, with over 35 years of experience, focuses his practice on consumer and commercial bankruptcy law. He represents debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy cases across multiple states. Mr. Schwartz is affiliated with the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He served as chairman of the Bankruptcy Section of the Louisville Bar Association and is recognized on the Kentucky Super Lawyers List. Admitted to practice law in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio, Mr. Schwartz holds degrees from Vanderbilt University (Bachelor of Arts) and the Ohio State University College of Law.
