Meet Scott Hamblin
Scott Hamblin is a shareholder in the law firm of Brydon, Swearengen & England, P.C., located in Jefferson City, Missouri. For more than two decades, Scott Hamblin has litigated cases in Circuit Courts and United States District Courts throughout Missouri. Scott practices in the area of personal injury concentrating in car accidents, wrongful death, and worker’s compensation as well as state and criminal defense. Scott is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. As a former assistant Cole County prosecuting attorney, Scott has gained substantial trial experience and insight which benefits his clients. Scott is involved in numerous professional organizations. Scott has been voted City’s Best Attorney Jefferson City Magazine as recently as 2022. Scott graduated from Southwest Missouri State University, in 1995 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Advocates, Order of Barristers, and Moot Court team.
