Stanley A. Tomkiel

Stanley A. Tomkiel, III has been litigating on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs since 1979, when he joined his father, Stanley Jr. (retired 2008) to form Tomkiel & Tomkiel. Mr. Tomkiel handles complex injury and wrongful death cases, including construction and worksite accidents, serious injuries caused by medical malpractice, defective products and/or unsafe premises, and motor vehicle accidents. Many of Mr. Tomkiel’s settlements and verdicts have been reported in state and national Tomkiel-super-top-attorney publications, including the New York Law Journal, the New York Jury Verdict Reporter, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Law Reporter.
