Steven M. Weinstein

For more than 30 years, Steven M. Weinstein has assisted injured clients as they seek justice. After earning his law degree from New York Law School, he went to work for a successful solo practitioner – immediately getting experience in handling cases and providing top-notch customer service.

When his mentor retired, he offered Steven his firm. However, Steven wanted to continue learning and gaining more experience. He went on to work for two prominent law firms focused on medical malpractice and then spent seven years with another firm focused solely on construction accident cases.

In 2014, Steven stepped out on his own to launch The Weinstein Law Group where he can bring his considerable experience to the benefit of his clients.

He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of construction workers. He focuses his practice on representing individuals injured in accidents or medical malpractice.  His goal is to win your case and to ensure you understand each step of the process.
