Meet Travis Davis
I’m a first-generation lawyer. I studied philosophy before attending law school, believing there was a natural connection between the critical thinking of philosophy and law. I have over a decade of experience in the practice of law. For the past eight years, I’ve worked with and have been mentored by some of the best lawyers. After moving to Arizona to be the head of the litigation team at the firm I work at, I decided to start, The Law Offices of Travis Davis APC and have made a name for myself as, “The AZ Attorney”. I wanted to build something big and important and work with some of the best lawyers. I believe we’ve accomplished that together.
I was drawn to the practice of personal injury because I could help my clients and other people through broader policy changes. Like product liability cases, in personal injury litigation, we have the ability to hold companies and entities accountable for safety lapses to protect people from similar accidents in the future.
I’m good at what I do and I like being able to put myself in a position to get the best result for a case. My clients are injured and lost and come to me for specialized skills, I don’t want to let them down. You always want to exceed your client’s expectations. I have helped my clients obtain multiple seven-figure verdicts and settlements over the years.
There are ways to settle a case quickly, but I’m not interested in that path. We are a trial firm and we’ll take a case as far as it needs to go to truly maximize the value for our clients. In fact, we often take over cases from other attorneys to help bring full value to a case. I would say as a firm, we’re all very motivated.
