GLM was founded by Lisa Vaughn, who has over two decades of legal digital marketing experience. She started Gladiator to address some glaring problems in the industry as it relates to how law firms are treated. Most lawyers just want to be lawyers and often don't put the same due diligence into their marketing that they put into their own clients. In order for a marketing campaign to be successful, a positive partnership needs to exist between the agency and the law firm. Gladiator makes it easy for our clients to know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and the overall performance of the campaign.

Adam Draper joined the team in 2014 and eventually took over as CEO several years later. Adam brings a diverse background from Air Force Special Ops and Fortune 500 sales, combined with a business education from both the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville.

Many of our clients look to use to be their only marketing agency, so we will help out in other areas if we can.
