SERVICE: Innovate Market Solutions Inc. (“IMS”) will provide Purchaser with the Local Legal Authority page(s) (“LLA”) on AttorneyAtLawMagazine.com (“website”) outlined in the invoice for the agreed upon period of time (“Term”).

PAYMENT: By submitting payment, the Purchaser understands that they will be debited automatically each month. If the payment does not process, Purchaser will have 30 days to update the payment method or their subscription will be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS: The Purchaser can submit written cancellation with 30-day notice. No refunds are permitted for any reason.

RENEWAL: Following the conclusion of the Term, the subscription shall automatically continue on a month-to-month basis, at the same per-month rate. Either party may terminate this month-to-month provision with written notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Purchaser agrees to supply three original 1,000 word articles, a single high resolution image of the featured Attorney, and an original biography. Purchaser has the right to approve the copy, subject to IMS’s sole right and discretion to make final editing decisions as to the content for the Page. Purchaser shall be solely liable for any and all claims, demands and damages for any content that may violate any copyright or trademark law or any other law, statute, or court ruling, or regulation or ruling of the Federal Trade Commission and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IMS and its representatives from all claims and demands arising from or related to the LLA page.

GENERAL: The validity, interpretation and legal effect of this subscription is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona applicable to contracts entered into and performed entirely within such State. The Arizona courts (state and federal) will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any controversies regarding this subscription, and the parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.
