NEW YORK, NY—Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that David Makso has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Taxation Practice Group. Makso, who joins Foley from Paul Hastings LLP, adds to the firm’s transactional tax depth and growing Fund Formation & Investment Management Practice.
Makso represents the tax interests of domestic and international clients in fund formations, cross-border transactions, capital markets transactions, and highly complex leveraged finance transactions.
