PHOENIX, AZ—Holtzman Vogel Baran Torchinsky and Josefiak PLLC (“Holtzman Vogel”), a nationally recognized law firm specializing in political, regulatory and litigation matters, announced today that attorney Drew Ensign has joined the firm’s Appellate, Commercial Litigation, Election Law, Environmental Litigation, and Constitutional Law practices as partner in its Phoenix, Arizona and Washington D.C. offices.
Ensign joins Holtzman Vogel after more than five years in the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where he held the positions of Deputy Solicitor General and Section Chief of the Civil Appeals and Federalism Section. He was a legal force during his tenure with the state, leading many notable cases such as Brnovich v. DNC and Arizona v. Mayorkas.
