May’s practice later shifted to exclusively conducting independent workplace investigations and assessments in the private and public employment sectors. For the last two and a half years, May served as an attorney investigator with a leading West Coast-based investigations law firm, investigating high-profile and complex workplace matters including sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, disability related claims, workplace bullying and other misconduct for clients in the technology, health, sports, education, retail, nonprofit and government sectors.
