MIAMI, FL—Foley & Lardner LLP is pleased to announce that Monica Call and Ruben Diaz have been named managing partners of Foley’s Salt Lake City and Miami offices, respectively, effective February 1, 2024.
As office managing partners, Call and Diaz will focus on strategically growing their respective offices, expanding Foley’s presence in their local markets, and continuing to steward community involvement.
Call’s practice focuses on a wide variety of business litigation disputes, including commercial contracts, business torts, antitrust and unfair competition, intellectual property, securities, professional liability, and corporate governance matters.
Diaz’s practice focuses on cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, international arbitration, and dispute resolution.
