ATLANTA, GA—Baker Donelson has added Phil George as of counsel in the Firm’s Atlanta office, further strengthening its Business Litigation Group and expanding the Hospitality Industry Service Team.
A litigator with experience in all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions, Mr. George assists clients in complex matters, including hospitality, franchise, timeshare, human trafficking, product liability, drug and medical device, class action, and commercial litigation. His practice focuses on complex tort litigation, and he has defended clients in high-stakes litigation in trials, depositions, and appeals.
