NEW ORLEANS, LA—Fishman Haygood, L.L.P. is pleased to announce that John Bel Edwards, special counsel in the firm’s litigation section, has been appointed by The Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School (IOP) as a Spring 2024 Visiting Fellow.
Edwards joins a select group of eight Fellows, each chosen to bring their unique expertise and insight to Harvard’s students and community given their diverse experience in global politics, elected office, legal affairs and journalism. Their role is to help inspire students to pursue careers in public service and prepare the next generation to provide impactful leadership in the United States and worldwide.
Edwards served two terms as 56th Governor of Louisiana before joining Fishman Haygood.
