LAS VEGAS, NV—Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Charles E. Gianelloni has been named managing partner of the firm’s Las Vegas office effective January 1, 2024. Gianelloni succeeds Mandy S. Shavinsky, who has served two terms as managing partner for a total of seven years. Shavinsky remains very active in firm expansion efforts as well as her Las Vegas based practice, serving clients with a wide range of complex real estate matters.
Gianelloni is a commercial litigator with an emphasis on shareholder disputes, commercial real estate, and blockchain-related legal matters. He serves a wide variety of clients, protecting their investments, ranging from technology such as cryptocurrency, to emerging industries such as cannabis.
