DENVILLE, NJ—Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC is pleased to announce that partner Matthew S. Rheingold has been named Co-Chair of the Taxation and Wills, Trusts & Estates practice groups, effective January 1, 2024. Rheingold joined Einhorn Barbarito in 2015 as an associate focusing on tax, trusts and estates. He was named counsel in 2019 and partner in 2021.
Rheingold’s practice is primarily devoted to estate and trust administration, charitable planning and business succession planning, as well as controversial estate litigation and tax dispute matters. Highly adept at successfully negotiating with the Internal Revenue Service, New Jersey Division of Taxation and the New York Department of Taxation, Rheingold’s knowledge of tax law and analytical abilities are enormous assets to his clients.
